EXCLUSIVE TO VITAVO
World-first Immunisation Eligibility Engine
The Eligibility Engine takes into account over 30 data points from a client’s profile and automates the suggestion of vaccines they’re eligible to receive and when they can have them. Data points include demographics, indigenous status, medical conditions, birth weight and gestation information, vaccination history, location of service and so much more.
The Eligibility Engine also prompts the uptake of additional vaccines. Triggered by specific client profile data points, these vaccines may be government funded through national or state programs, or client paid (private market).
Vitavo incorporates a fully automated communication system to trigger email and SMS recall reminders for all eligible vaccines throughout a client's lifetime based on their specific medical profile.
At the City of Knox in 2023, 61.2% of parents booking their child under 5 years of age for routine vaccinations, added an influenza vaccine to the booking when prompted by the Eligibility Engine. The national uptake that year was 16.8%

Streamline your community sessions
Broaden the impact of your service on the community by ditching unnecessary workarounds, paper-based processes and inadequate software solutions. Here's how...
From piles of paper to digital power
Community immunisation teams deliver a vital community health service. These services are restricted and unable to grow under the burden of significant paper-based processes. Capacity is often limited by inefficient workarounds and digital solutions that are not fit-for-purpose.
It’s time to put the power back in their hands.
Vitavo reduces, simplifies or automates 79 of the 92 actions it takes to plan, deliver and report on a community immunisation session - that equates to an 85% reduction in manual processes.
Empower your team to improve your service delivery with:
Seamless scaling as you grow
The challenges of your vaccination service are unique to your local community.
These may include the need for flexible appointment durations at certain sessions for catch-up programs, various paid vaccinations you want to make available such as Meningococcal B, or the shortage of qualified immunisation staff leading to excessive after-hours admin work for your team.
Whatever the hurdle, your technology solution should work to help you solve it – not make things more challenging.
If there’s a particular feature that doesn’t yet exist within Vitavo, we want to know about it. Our mission is to create a technology solution that works to solve the everyday challenges immunisation providers face on a daily basis.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Vitavo reduces the workload of the nurses and administrative staff.
It also ensures the parent is responsible for the pre-immunisation checklist. The automatic link to AIR allows the immuniser to view the immunisation history easily and uploads automatically the vaccines administered on the day.
The parent can also identify the child as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and medical conditions which allows the recognition of additional vaccines required.’

"Our paid immunisations have seen a dramatic increase.
Vitavo has helped us achieve these results without having to increase our workloads/staffing – and we have had time to start up a workplace flu program. We are all so pleased that we made the change to Vitavo!
We are also thankful for all the continued updates and new feature improvements."

Increase your local government revenue by growing your vaccination services
This vital service for your community needs a financial boost. By using Vitavo, you can leverage your existing vaccination program to bridge the deficit in operating costs and move towards breakeven or profitable. This enables local governments to reinvest into other targeted vaccination programs for refugees, homeless, CALD, new migrants, catch-up programs, and more.
Deliver influenza and meningococcal B programs in schools
This is a first for Australia and a step towards keeping up with international counterparts who already successfully operate extended school vaccination programs. Using Vitavo, you can now offer flu and meningococcal B vaccination programs in schools.
Providers now have the opportunity to offer parents a convenient solution to have students vaccinated at school beyond the current School Immunisation Program. Vitavo now supports the delivery of flu and meningococcal B vaccines in schools - these can be private market (patient paid) or NIP funded (with an administering fee) to help cover your delivery costs.
This is all powered by Vitavo's Eligibility Engine which operates to determine recommended vaccines and whether a student is eligible for funded or paid doses. Where two doses of meningococcal B vaccine are required, multi-dose consent is captured and automatically distributed across available upcoming school visits.
Not only can this feature be an easy 'add-on' for existing Year 7 and Year 10 school vaccinations, but flu vaccinations can now be offered to students in all year levels across both primary and high school (Prep to Year 12). This functionality also allows providers to run targeted flu campaigns with entire schools in a single visit.
Imagine the impact your local government service can have by reducing rates of flu in schools, student absenteeism and parental carer leave - and more broadly, affecting a reduction of flu transmission within families and the wider community.
Start running off-site workplace vaccination programs
One of the most convenient ways to immunise more people in your community – outside of your community sessions – is to run off-site vaccination programs.
And one of the easiest ways to do that, is to incorporate Vitavo’s Workplace Vaccination module into your repertoire.
With a dedicated portal for each organisation, you can make the process effortless for all staff – your team and the workplaces’ that you’re delivering the service to.
Through Vitavo’s Workplace Vaccination module you’ll simplify your vaccination programs by:
-
Sharing unique links for a workplace with staff so they can book online and provide consent digitally
-
Adding multiple sessions across multiple office locations where required
-
Distribute vouchers for your service seamlessly to any employees that cannot be vaccinated on the day
-
Offering your workplace clients real-time reporting so they can see their staff who have booked and been vaccinated
-
Enabling your workplace clients to easily export reports for their HR records
It’s just another way that growing your impact, and bottom line, becomes a whole lot more streamlined with Vitavo.
